If there's any problem, the intermediary will do everything he can to resolve it. Most of these things are very straightforward.0

I've paid my £90 and my DRO Application has been submitted. I'm now praying it's approved and that I get an answer Wednesday. Providing the "glitch" has been fixed that is. It's going to be a long 48 hours!0

Oh god I'm a gibbering wreck waiting for this DRO to go through. I'm constantly on the verge of a panic attack. I didn't sleep last night. I want to eat nothing but chocolate. I can't concentrate at work. Does anyone know if they still have this payment delay problem? I'm not sure I'm going to make it through to next week if it's delayed! I'm so exhausted. It was ok when I had things to do like find paperwork but just waiting now is awful !!!9785;0

Yes, my latest info is that it's still there. Keep your payment receipt as you may need to email it to them.0

Thank you Fatbelly. My intermediary kept my receipt. I'll give him a ring tomorrow. Please could you tell me what information I need to give the insolvency service when I ring them ... if I need to ring them? I'm assuming it's something like the barcode and receipt number? Thank you :j0

If he's got the receipt, and the DRO Team can't see a payment on their system then he needs to confirm that the payment has been made and they will believe him.
A couple of days until acceptance is normal anyway , so I'd leave it till the end of the week.0 -
Ok. I'll try. I'm just really anxious that I'm going to get a visit from the HCEO and that I won't be paying my creditors on Thursday so the phone is going to start ringing. I know it sounds daft, after all what is another few days having lived with this for so long. I'm just tired and emotional I guess. Thank you, you're a great support.0

You won't need to ring the Insolvency Service. The Intermediary puts it through. They may request further information, but that's unlikely. It's just wait to hear, and then it's done. :beer:0 -
My DRO was approved! I'm so relieved. I had an email from the HCEO the Day after so I confidently just replied saying it's covered by the DRO. We shall see what happens now. I also had a couple of strange emails from another creditor that should have been paid on 26th saying thank you for agreeing to pay them on 4th May. Very odd. So I sent the same email to them. I guess I'm still going to get correspondence for a bit. Thank you for supporting me. I suppose my next question is ... what happens now?0
