    As Highview will have cancelled these by Monday, if you follow our advice, why would someone risk ignoring a charge and then risking a previously tame firm starts suing people within the next 6 years?!

    In 2012 ParkingEye never sued anyone and we advised ignoring their trashy PCNs.

    In 2013 they issued court papers in over 30,000 cases...

    Hi There,
    I found it funny that on the online appeal process, every list of options was purposely designed to be as ambiguous as possible, and always leaning towards trying to make you appeal as the driver, LOL!!
    I have a question regarding the ''attach evidence'' option, and that supposedly it's VERY important or else your appeal is worthless. I assume this is another bullying technique of theirs?

    You just send the template appeal, nothing else!


    Don't over think it when dealing with HV! (Which you should know from reading up on them here)

    Thanks for update. We assumed that this had either gone wrong for you, or you were one of the very many who just don't bother to update those who've given a lot of their own time to help others with their personal problem.

    As Coupon-mad forecast a cancellation within 48 hours, can you tell us just how long it took please?
