Exactly - and if you & others ring again before that date then it will land up 30th June. Because a claim cannot be processed by someone who is having to answer duplicate calls on the phone. Definitely phone on 8th June, but a dozen calls in May, don't waste their or your time.

Hi I requested my tax refund online and it said that the amount will be paid on the 19th may....does anyone know how long this will take to show in my account

Was it a self assessment refund or were you invited to make a BACS claim having received a P800?

Hi did anyone put a request for a rebate in may did it the 10/05/2018 was accepted 11/05/2018. Current status since Thursday has changed to bank repayment pending. Women on the said she would send out a e form to check if it's being security checked. How long should I wait for?

Filled mine Thursday 24th May, requested repayment on the 25th. It changed to pending on Sunday 27th.
Last year it took five working days from the request day to payment issued also in May, so hoping for repayment issued tomorrow, but not holding my breath as some of you waiting since April! Need it badly to clear some debt

Ive completed it on 17th april got money for request back in 9th May and waiting since then. So if anyone has any updates please let me know.

Repayment issued 01 Jun 2018.
Like last year it took 5 working days. I had security check 3 years ago and it took like 2 months then.
