So i rang them again and said i had been told it had passed security (not really) and she said yes it had been checked and should be in my bank in a few days! Ring them and try again dont give up. I was told not to ring till june :T

I'm not gunna ring up just gunna leave it till it says pending because I think they just fob you off and say anything on phone

Just been on the phone, passed security tests and should be with me by 10th may. Maybe earlier

They said that to me and said I should have mine by 29th April when I called again yesterday they said 10th June...madness

Submitted my first SA on the 9th and as of the 25th it's "bank repayment pending". Anyone else do theirs on the 9th?

So I checked this morning to see how it's going and it's disappeared and I was presented with how I'm due a payment if a lower value and to request it. So have no requested that and it says we aim to pay within 2 weeks. But I don't understand how I can go for X amount pending to that disappearing and a lower amount being owed
