    How do you connect the mp3/FM radio to your headphones / speaker? I need wireless to use it with wireless headphones and MP3 /FM radio players do not have Bluetooth or WiFi
    My MP3/FM gadget has a 3.5mm earphone socket. So I'm using a car FM sender at the TV end and this gadget on the sofa. I had thought of using Bluetooth transmitter and receiver for same purpose but thought it's more complicated and may result in delayed audio/lip sync issues.

    You could dispense with the whole arrangement and just use a cheap FM pocket radio that has an earphone socket. Unless you are perhaps insistent on using wireless Bluetooth earphones.
