No coverage from O2

Lesson learned I guess if I have to ever move again and have the luxury to choose the location myself.
Now I see that the solution will be to change devices to one that supports wifi calling, even though my old iPhone 5 something works perfectly.
What a joke.
But...why do they lie and blame a faulty tower/mast instead of saying: Yeah, we have poor coverage right where you are, deal with it.0 -
Most companies lie. Of course, it could be true.0

There are signal boosters you can get but they are not cheap.
I think if it were me I would go into a local 02 shop and quiz them on it, find out if they are willing to offer you a booster if onky while the mast is being 'fixed'.

All the way through this thread you've accused o2 of lying because of a friend's unproven anecdotal evidence. Cellphone masts do develop faults you know and they can't always be repaired as fast as one would like.0
