As you are expecting to pay trade price one must assume you are in the trade. So why are you asking us?0 -

Reminds me of a regular scenario when I worked at a franchised dealer (not VW).
Customer: "How much is a key for my XXXX"
Me: "About £150"
Customer: "That's rubbish, my mate said it's about £50"
Me: "Then give your mate £50 and ask him to supply you a key"
Customer: "He doesn't supply keys"
Me: "Your choice then, £150 to get a key or £50 to not get one"
Not surprisingly I rarely won customer service awards!0
