Actually why not try emailing back and asking why their Notice to Keeper has a section called 'data protection' but it fails to advise you of your right to subject access?

Say you have been referred to the ANPR data protection rules from the Information Commissioner's Office and require a copy of the Privacy impact assessments carried out before enforcement started, and evaluations to date.

Give them 14 days to supply the information and tell them if they fail to show their Privacy Impact Assessment records and to explain their failure to alert you to your right to a SAR, you will be making a formal complaint to the ICO for a breach of the ANPR/surveillance camera rules.

I emailed enforcement requesting the copy of privacy impact assessments and evaluations but have not had a reply other than an auto response to say that my case is on hold.

I'm assuming I can therefore make a complaint to the ICO for this breach?

Yes prepare an ICO complaint but show us first, because this has not been done before and we need to make it robust and right, so the ICO doesn't completely miss the point as they have with some other complaints made about parking firms/other issues.

Let's see your draft, after you have read thoroughly, the ICO Surveillance Camera Code of Practice*, and can see the omissions I mentioned.
