Selling items on Amazon is easy, but the fees are high and it takes an age to get paid. I had to wait over 6 weeks for my money last time as they said they won't release it until they are sure the buyer is not going to return the item.

I have just made another £150 from ebay. So that brings my total for the month to £375.84 which exceeds my goal which was £5 a day. Hurrah! I think I might aim for £10 a day next month.

I may take a look when I have a bit more time, I need to shift stuff from here.

Otherwise gumtree and shpock it is lol

I've finally listed items on ebay. I quickly did one during my break at work and then threw myself into it.

Anything that sells won't count for this month, though, but I'm determined to make this challenge work for me next month and ongoing months. I just need to get focused.

    How does shpock work?

Thank you for the info about the survey sites. I'm going to give them a good go next month too and see how they work for me..

Anyway, April's total was £230.26. Far below the £600 I was aiming for. Which wasn't helped by not getting paid for a weekend shift and having another cancelled. I think that deflated me a bit.

please don't let it get you down. sometimes we all have to step back and give ourselves a break from it all. I seem to have done it since jan, and while I have made bits and pieces I have lost a lot of earnings but sometimes for your mental health you just need to not do it.

Shpock is an app based boot sale (as they call it)

    https://en.shpock.com/

Basically you create an account, and take a photo of your item, with some details and hopefully someone will buy it from you.

NOW, it is supposed to be local buyers... but I have had people ignore the location of my sale, and asked me to post it. I said no unless you are prepared to pay postage, they said no, so that was dealt with.

If you are happy to post, I would put that in the post, with postage costs and payment by paypal only. That way you are covered if anything goes wrong.

    some more information on it

Evening all. Hope you've all had a lovely weekend. I'm coming down with a stinking cold, ready for Monday morning....isn't that typical.

I've got a 2 day week at work but means I have to entertain DS on Friday and have got appointments and client tomorrow,so even though a short week, it is a very full week for me.

    Evening everyone

It!!!8217;s been very quiet on here lately. Hope everyone is ok.

I have had a bit of a meltdown today and think I may need to take a few days off work. I usually find that I would rather be at work when I!!!8217;m stressed because it keeps me busy but I think I hit a wall today!

Made a doctors appt for Thursday. Will try to have an early night and see how I feel in the morning.

Anyway in money making news I have the following to add

£8.64 extra pay - think this is something to do with tax codes changing
    £10 agc from swagbucks
    35p citizenme

    Final total for April £277.38
    £10 a day April - £4/£300
    2014 £110.92 2015 £3732.30 2016 £1633.66 2017 £2991.70 2018 £3255.40
    Jan £105.50 Feb £80.47March £69.30

Apologies for lack of posts this month but it's felt like a tough month (mood and energy wise) but a couple of little bits to declare

    Sun savers - £5
    Swagbucks - £10
    ISA Interest - £170.46

So my final total for April is £263.71

Keep up the great work everyone, see you in May (where is this year going?)
