please help!! my head is completely confuddled, I have read so many threads my car got a fine for parking without a ticket. The driver was at a leisure place whose signage said free 2 hr parking turn left which they did but apparently into excels territory, they didnt see any signs.
After following advice on here, I wrote to david dunford after excel demanded to know the driver. I had an apology from excel and following the advice from seemingly everyone, ignore every other correspondance.
I have now got a ccbc claim form. Please what do I do???

It is a scam, most judges know it is a scam, so few properly defended cases ever get to court. There at stacks of other Excel cases on here and peppipoo so read what others have done. Read some of these

    https://www.bing.com/search?q=parking+prankster+excel+parking&form=EDGEAR&qs=AS&cvid=88a3346ba0be415a9c1a552e96b3a426&cc=GB&setlang=en-GB&elv=AXK1c4IvZoNqPoPnS%21QRLOOG1NCRlnzryIYU0g%21FBMFIhUBZ2y03UCNaXuMzG1k%21fRh8dgMrkdASvJ7Li2Gr9qRaHjwSu5skfquzfnzOYHN2&PC=ACTS

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

You need to edit your first post for obvious reasons...think what your complaint to the DVLA was about, being forced to name the driver? Think about it before you engage your typing finger!

Ask a board guide to merge this thread into your original thread

They are both under your original log in details
