    If you're lucky you might find something viable of freegle/freecycle; it seems like the scammers may have wandered off.

    So you'd not trust a genuine Apple or Lenovo battery given they're made in China? No idea why the atttitude towards stuff coming from China given that if you own anything from Apple it was made there.

    Yes, general use like internet mainly. Also, using microsoft word etc. Just basic stuff.
