Also is £400pcm realistic for a non-grotty 1 bed flat?

#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided
#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now
#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing0 -

But seriously folks...
There are a number of letting agents in Blackpool, I have to ask why Blackpool though given that I thought you were at the other end of the country?
I'd consider the outskirts like St Annes and some inland parts are very nice but central Blackpool wouldn't be my first choice of somewhere to rent/live. Should manage on £400 for a flat IMHO.
Isn't IckleJules from there?A house isn't a home without a cat.

I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

It's not for me, Bob. My cousin is leaving home to move in with her boyfriend and they've asked me to help them find something decent.
I'm going up at the weekend and have offered to look places over for the basics.
I couldn't find myself a decent landlord last time, Lord knows how I find her one from here! There's a lot of dross in Blackpooland she seems to know that she doesn't want North Shore, South Shore or Central but still needs to be near to his work and the train station  on foot!

Yeah, that's what I thought!
