Travel insurance claim

Hello
Can anyone advise how to get some info out of Ryanair.
My flight fm Bristol to Lanzarote was cancelled on 2 March by Ryanair due to snow.
I received the email from Ryanair to either rebook within 7days or obtain refund, I got a refund. I am now having problems claiming back my accommodation costs that I incurred from my travel insurance company. They want me to obtain written evidence from Ryanair that I was not offered an alternative flight within 12 hours of cancellation despite me submitting my "flight cancelled info from Ryanair. I cannot get a sensible response fm Ryanair via there cswebform despite spelling it out they think I am after compensation. There is no advertised tel no.s to speak to a customers services agent to get my info.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Regards
Perry
