    Or drill a small hole through the trim then "fill" it with a blanking grommet afterwards.

    Looking at the youtube video I doubt you'd be able to reach with the allen key then.

    You don't need to. The impact wrench spins quicker than the piston can. Just put it on and whizz away!

    Yes you could with the longer length through the hole and a small diameter pipe or suitable ring spanner on the shorter length.:) Done that many times if the hex. socket head is not reachable with the shorter length.
