Of the 13 funds I hold it happens that 9 are on that Wealth 150 list. I'm more inclined to wonder if I can do better with a fund not on it than select from it.
Fidelity provides a sales rank of funds that's also potentially interesting. 0 -
So what? Its not as if they have a good reputation on the Wealth 150. Nine years ago we purchased a second home which we has been rented out.
We now need to sell it, no mortgage involved, but we are not sure how much CGT we will pay on selling. We are aware it is the difference between the price we bought it for and the price we sell it for but not sure how the latest budget altered things. Can anyone advise please, thanks.0
