Hi All,
I have only just discovered this site and would've acted differently (in terms of not ignoring the letters) had I known earlier...
I was issued a UKPC NTK, at the same location - Carphone Warehouse in MK, sometime in February/March this year which I ignored. It's also about "leaving site".The parking duration was about 1.5 hrs.
Last week, I was told to pay up a fine of £160 by 28/06/18 or face going to court.
What are the options I have for dealing with this considering that the POPLA appeal period has elapsed?
Your timely response would be much appreciated.
Many thanks0 -

2. Ignore debt collectors.
3. Do not ignore (unlikely for a leaving the site case) court papers.
4. Do not hijack other people's threads.
5. Start your own thread if you need any further help (if court papers are received). Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well done grovel.
I have a very similar situation but still ongoing, so would appreciate some guidance from the collective::)
Got PCN Mar 18 (Reason: Leaving Site), then NTK (Arrived in June, post DVLA Ban), submitted online appeal with template etc. Got a letter last week (29 Jun), thinking it was a POPLA code, but it is a letter saying:
"In order to make a final decision regarding your appeal please provide the driver's name and address to our Appeals Department within fourteen days of the date of this letter.
Further correspondence may be sent by submitting another appeal on our website ukpcappeals , or by post to the address overleaf. Please ensure that if sending evidence by post that you include the parking charge reference number and vehicle registration.
Failure to provide this information will give us no alternative other than to make out final decision based on the previous information received. At this stage a POPLA verification code will be provided."
The parking charge has been on hold while under appeal and may be settled in full at the reduced rete of £60.00 .... BLAH BLAH BLAH.
Have not seen any response like this discussed in the forum so would appreciate any thoguths, next steps etc.
Many thanks.0 -

Before doing that please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and if in the unlikely event that doesn't answer your questions, then as said, please start a new thread.
Continuing to try and progress two people's different incidents on one thread can only lead to confusion.
So please delete your post above and if necessary, start a new thread. Thanks.0 -

Ignore it, they will now cancel when you don't take the bait.
You are lucky you got a March PCN just before they were banned. That's why they are desperate to ask who was driving. because they can't hold a keeper liable and they are spitting feathers!
