Certainly, that's why these are always worth fighting. 99% here are won, despite a loss being reported last week, the figures from early 2017 to date (over 300 cases handled from start to finish) still give 99% wins/discontinuances.

No risk, as long as you don't ignore court letters, dates or directions.
