appeal each ticket separately , using the keeper template , to get separate popla codes

ensure all popla codes are used within say 30 days, with popla , as separate appeals too

I'll be looking at your 3rd thread in that post to appeal the first ticket, or should I wait to recieve the remaining codes, and appeal them collectively?

No because the first one will time out by day 33.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks. I've appealed the remaining 3 with the following: "Template appeal for BPA or IPC members"

Thereafter, I'll be obtaining POPLA codes and heading from there.

Assuming you are within their arbitrary deadlines for appealing. Which we dont know

You also havent been exactly crystal clear. Do you have a POPLA code for the one ticket that was appealed, yes or no? If YES, have you made a second appeal to POPLA for THAT ticket, yes or No? If Yes, exactly what was the appeal? Was the driver identified to teh parking company? Yes or No. See how we cannot read minds!

You also need to get terminology straight

You are the keeper (registered at the DVLA) - and can be held liable, as keeper, under POFA2012 sched 4 para 8 (if a ticket was on the windscreen) or para 9 (if it came through the post, sounds like it is the latter)

You may also be the owner, but they actually dont know - or need to care - who the owner is. The DVLA certainly has no clue about ownership!

My cousin is currently abroad doing conducting some research as part of his PhD, so that's the reason why I'm posting this. Apparently, we have until the 29th of this month to pay the first ticket, as that's 14 days after the first ticket was issued.
How long will your cousin be abroad? This could be one of those rare cases where it is worthwhile for the keeper to absolve themselves of all responsibility for the charge by naming the driver & providing their overseas address.
