We write to you, the above named respondent as you have failed to pay a Warrant of Control, which was issued through the Traffic Enforcement Centre. We are authorised under "The Taking Control of Goods Regulation 2013" to attend your address to execute the aforementioned order.

Traffic enforcement is a council term.

Private parking companies do not have this power
    unless instructed by a court

    You said:-
    "This letter is different.
it starts with: Notice of Intention - UNPAID Penalty Charge"

Private parking companies cannot use the word PENALTY

This is to do with a council.
Was Parking Eye ever involved ?

how do I attach a photo or pdf file. I looked around but can not find this.

Host it on your favourite hosting site then post a link. If you have not made enough posts to post a link then change http to hxxp and we will fix it for you.

    Thanks for the help.
After all the replies I looked at the letter again and tried to find an outstanding PCN. From the reference I have found that there is an outstanding PCN of 98 pound.
I have not received this PCN, because probably it has gone to my old address which was only recently changed.

I can pay for this PCN through the council website. Will paying through the council website stop this process?

PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE .... COUNCIL NOT PRIVATE

I would imagine this has gone too far for them to accept
    your penalty charge of £98

You have to sort this out with the council or Equita.
You need to take this to http://www.pepipoo.com/
who have the knowledge regarding your problem

This forum is dedicated only to private parking companies
    and NOT council .....

No criticism of the op but it's amazing how often on here the regulars are able to tell posters what's in their letters and they aren't reading them properly despite never seeing them.

Sort it first thing or you aren't going to have a seat to sit on when you are looking at where the tv used to be.

The letter tells you what to do.
