    If you do decide to go this route it might be best to find someone that rents these systems out because after a week or so he will remember to duck so they wont be any use for it then

    I think you have made a good choice by not buying this property. I personally would find it slightly annoying everytime i walked through the house that I had to duck under each door. Like everyone said you will get used to ducking and not banging your head but I would always find it annoying.
