Is MSCI ACWI an alternative?
Does seem to be much more expensive than the VG fund though.

ACWI - 9% medium, 0% Small

VG FTSE Global All Cap - 19% Medium,5% Small

Look under "Portfolio" on the funds Morningstar page - eg the link you provided

If you look at the MSCI fund brochure in the above link you will see that it covers 85% of the worlds capitalisation. This ties in exactly with my Morningstar figures
