Parkwatch PCN

Hi,
The keeper has received a windscreen PCN for parking outside frankie and bennies coventry. I believe Tesco are the landowner. The car park area is for Chiquitos and f&b. The driver went at the lunch time and the car park was full so they parked outside the restaurant not in a marked bay. They were not causing obstructions or badly parked. The PCN states thats why they have got the ticket.
I spoke to the manager of Frankie and bennies and he said they didnt want these parking operators but it is out of their hands. Im really annoyed by this as its not as if They parked here and went offsite to the football or something like that. They were a genuine customer with a young baby.
I have read the FAQ and the keeper will appeal online about day 25 as it suggests there. I must be honest and admit I dont really understand much of what the appeal template means. Any general advice you can give would be appreciated.
Thanks

I have just spoke to Tescos who claim they are not the landowner0

Edit your post to remove information about who did what.
Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people. Parking scammers monitor these fora.
You send the template appeal around day 26, not 28 for BPA members. Put a note in your diary.

Hi fruitcake
Is that better? Surely they could not tie this to a specific case though?0 -
Also I have spoken to arena shopping coventry, I think they are the landowner. I have managed to get an email for the manager there. Do you think its worth complaining to them at this stage.0

They know the location from your initial post. They only need one more piece of information to know who you are if/when they get keeper's identity from the DVLA.
It would only then take a slip of the keyboard and a screenshot for the scammers to get the identity of the driver from a post on here.
It has happened which is why we always advise caution where using non keeper liability is an appeal point.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

It looks OK now, although I would remove the bit about who has seen "this done by others." Seeing someone else not parking in a bay is irrelevant.
How old was the baby? This is only relevant if breastfeeding was involved.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You need to read the Equality Act 2010 section on 'Reasonable Adjustments for Breastfeeding Mothers'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
