Thats the way pricing usually works. For scheduled, they will increase in price the more is sold - their tickets are split into groups (this is in addition to classes) with each group having a different price and usually the lowest cost tickets are booked first.
Chartered on the other hand, tends to go down in price as once they've made their money, they're just looking to maximise profit.
