Legalities of landlord selling house without infor

What do these registers of bad tenants that you claim to exist have to do with a tenant who leaves once the tenancy is legally ended by themselves or a court? These registers which you claim to exist won't be official records and it's a bit of a stretch to call a tenant who leaves when the tenancy is legally ended "bad."
Clearly someone didn't read the OP properly.
No I skimmed it the OP was whinging about nothing if I'm honest. Clearly the OP doesn't understand the disadvantages of renting.
Landlords don't want tenants that won't leave without being made to by a court. It's the landlords choice who they rent to. The PRS will be diminishing due to section 24 so finding somewhere to rent will get harder. Tenants will need to make themselves as appealing to landlords as possible otherwise they'll end up with dross landlords that don't give a damn. In essence act like dross you'll end up with dross.0 -
No replies were rude, nasty, in fact the replies were helpful, the reply from Slithery (reply number 10) was polite yet he was called a troll, work that 1 out.
The 'troll' comment was aimed at me because I asked the OP what part of the word 'yes' they didn't understand but that post has now been removed

Not leaving at the end of your tenancy is militant. It has implications for you if you want to ever rent again and you probably will incur the landlords costs in evicting you with S21.
I'm glad I'm not a landlord!!! Just wondering is this the Jeremy Corbyn effect here kicking in with this sort of behaviour?
I am a perfectly decent, fair and reasonable person who would do my best to move out when an S21 expired, but...
sometimes that is not feasible, particularly if you have pets, or no deposit, or poor credit rating etc... so some people NEED additional time.
The LL can then apply to the court for an eviction and the tenant pays.
You can call it Jeremy Corbyn, but for many it is desperation.
(Ps - I am certainly not a Corbyn fan, more of a Tory girl, but the above is a fair process)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Thanks for the clarification.
Either way it was uncalled for.0
