I want to return a phone. They have acknowledged my return via email and said they have emailed me a return label and instructions. However, I did not receive such email and they have ignored any further contact.

I have tried to Google the return address but cannot find it. Can somebody provide the return address so I can return it before my 14 days run out.

Thank you.

It took me 30 seconds to find it. Why didn't you??

Just find and read the t&c at the bottom of their page.

    PO Box 377, Southampton, SO30 2PY

For anybody that may need it in future, the above address is not the address that mobiles.co.uk specify on their website...

It's ok, just best to keep it accurate, someone might have used that erroneous address if a future google search shows it. Always best to comply exactly with their terms and conditions in a case like this.

Just a quick thought, but can just randomly send them a phone? Most companies require a Returns Number before they'll accepted it back, which I guess, would have been on the original email...

Might be something to try to check with them??

Firstly, the OP says the following in post #1

Secondly, if you'd clicked on the T&C's link, there is no requirement for an RA type number required.

I'll copy the T&C's here to make it easier for people who can't click through links:
