You will know from the back page of that letter, the date by which you have to file/serve your WS & evidence, so when is that, not later than 14 days before?

Check through all other documentation from the court.

You should've received a document headed Notice of allocation to the Small Claims Track (hearing).

Does that not tell you when 'documents you intend to rely on' must be sent to the court and 'all other parties'?

What about higher up that back page?

There MUST be something that tells the Defendant when they have to produce evidence and a WS by. Might be written in legalese but effectively it will say something.

There is nothing higher up.. I scanned all the contentens on the page.

I have checked through all the letteres received (there are not many) and they dont mention anything about a deadline of submiting documents

The last letter I received was the one I shared the link for which is NOTICE OF TRIAL DATE i,e, 10th April.

Should I contact the court and ask for any particular information ?

What have you got to lose by not contacting them? Just call them, tell them what you've received, and say there's nothing to tell you what you need to do/submit to the court, nor by when. It's possible that there should have been a page 2 with what you received but it was missed in error.

PS - this is court; if you're needing advice you can't leave it more than a week between questions/answers before you come back!

I called the allocated court and they confirmed that till now no such information has been sent out to me and the operator was confused why it hasn't been sent to me till now and the operator read through the 2 letters the court had sent me (allocation letter & notice of trial date) she confirmed that none of the letters have the information about what documents to submit.

now she has asked me to email this query and I will have to wait for a response.

I have already emailed them and now wait for the response

    thanks
