Hope you have a lovely day
The weather is still awful here this morning

Thanks ladies, weather is still pants and DS cricket match has been called off.
Started the day with a very yummy breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms and toast, DH then did a bit more in the kitchen and I wrapped up some ebay parcels and listed a few more bits, also need to get on with some surveys this afternoon.
DH and DD are now both at work, DH should be home around 4ish and we will pop out to see my gran. Pasta bake for tea not very exciting but will fill a hole, might make some flapjack if I can find ingredients in the black hole that is the dining room.0 -
Morning,
We currently have sunshine, I hope it lasts as I have a pile of dirty washing to get on with.
Few items finished on ebay last night, I have transferred money over into hols account which now stands at £297.
Payday tomorrow so need to do Augusts budget, need to nip to the post office to send ebay parcels and need to get some milk as don't have enough to last until tonight when grocery order comes.0 -
Well done on the sales

Well the sunshine didn't last very long, it has rained for most of the day, only bothered doing the one load of washing that I did first thing and have had to put in the dryer
.
Nipped into town to post ebay parcels and get some milk and bleach, £2.60 spent and paid at the self checkout with 1p,2p and 5ps from change jar. Another small sale as well today so hopefully should be able to transfer a bit more to hols pot, just waiting for grocery shop to be delivered and see what the damage is.
Done a budget for August and looks as though I'm just keeping my head above water and everything is balancing, havn't included holiday spends in this as I still have 24 days to make a couple of hundred quid, I'm asking the universe very nicely to keep sending me money pleeeeeeeeeese.0 -
Another small ebay sale and a sweep of accounts before payday has topped the hols account up to £313.0

Well its finally payday and it has been a very spendy day:(. Went uniform shopping and spent £160 and still have a few things to get, bought DS some much needed clothes so another £65, spent £64 in boots on toiletries:eek: but used a £10 giftcard not that £54 is any better but we have everything now for holidays. Spent another £10.07 in superdrug but used a £10 giftcard so only 7p in cash which is much better than boots.
Topped car up with Fuel £15 and spent £11 on groceries that I had forgotten to add to last nights grocery delivery.
Tomorrow I need to make a payment of £200 to DS trip to Africa then hopefully that will be it for spending this week.
Listed 2 more things on ebay today and have a few more items to list, need to catch up with surveys as I seem to have loads in my inbox.
