Amazon Prime Downloads

im flying for 11 hours x 2 and several long train journeys, i have amazon prime, im trying to find out which shows and films i can download to watch on my laptop without having internet - there doesnt seem to be any indicator on the site which tells me which ones i can download
are there any other services i can use in this way?

The Virgin Media Store can do that but given their prices and poor reliability so far I wouldn't recommend them. Most DVD's come with a digital download link nowadays which I'm presuming aren't geolocked (if downloaded before going).
