As above, won't let me log in on pc but will let me log in on tablet.
Keeps saying my password is wrong when it isn't but when I opt to change password it won't let me do that either as says my pc is not set up (or something)to do that.
Can anyone help?

Is your tablet automatically putting a capital letter in your username ?

Opps I go it the wrong way round, Tablet = good , PC = Bad.
Still a stupid way to describe the problem, if they are referring to this site then why not say so.0 -
I suggest the easy thing to do is log out and on the PC request to reset your password, then log in with the new password on both devices.Yes that's exactly it! Thought I had explained quite simply.
