Money saving forum won't let me log in

As above, won't let me log in on pc but will let me log in on tablet.
Keeps saying my password is wrong when it isn't but when I opt to change password it won't let me do that either as says my pc is not set up (or something)to do that.
Can anyone help?

Is your tablet automatically putting a capital letter in your username ?

For some insane reason - MSE usernames are case sensitive !

    Which forum...?

Because posting here suggests it isn't this one.

Unless of course they are posting from a PC.

But as they haven't specifically said it is MSE I assume it probably isn't.

Is it really that hard to comprehend? ;)

As to the question - I don't know, I've never had that issue. Is your PC browser trying to insert a pre-saved password?

Yes that's exactly it! Thought I had explained quite simply.
I could try changing my password on this tablet but am worried it will mess this up too
I have never had any problem with pc previously.

Opps I go it the wrong way round, Tablet = good , PC = Bad.

Still a stupid way to describe the problem, if they are referring to this site then why not say so.

I suggest the easy thing to do is log out and on the PC request to reset your password, then log in with the new password on both devices.

One obvious thing though, check you haven't got caps lock on the PC.

Plenty of other money saving forums out there as they scrupulously say everytime Martin Lewis is heard on BBC Radio.
