Probably ignorable debt collector letters - read about them in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4. Please don't ask questions about debt collectors because all the answers are already provided in the sticky.
I'm very grateful for your input, thank you.0 -

Hi
I have ignored debt collectors' letters over the last three or four months as advised. I have now received a letter from Gladstones stating their client is the parking company and their agent is DRP. They say their client has the option to commence proceedings in a Civil Court or I can pay the increased sum of £135.
Is this the Letter Before Court Claim that I must respond to or do I still hold fire?
Thanks0 -
Is this the Letter Before Court ClaimPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
