This company is clearly a joke. There are plenty of oil suppliers. Tell these clowns that you want them to close your account and for them to not contact you again. Then start ordering oil from somewhere else.0

Does the email confirm that the debt was not yours to begin with? If it says something woolly (like a goodwill gesture) then that's not good enough.0
