Provider Broadband problem

After some negotiation with my broadband provider, I was given a new contract on March 18th 2017. I had paid my Line Rental upfront in February 2017 prior to new contract been agree with me. The provider now saying my contract has ended in March 2018, which I am in dispute with them about it. I feel in accordance with the new contract agreed with me in March 2018 the contract should end in April 2018 in accordance with new it. Is this correct or am I in the wrong and provider of broadband is correct. :T

    Um, I don't follow?

    You had a new contract 18-03-2017, its now 21-03-2018, so if its 12 months that has finished, yes? Why do you think it ends in April if you agreed it in March? What does the line rental upfront have to do with anything?

    Who are you with for broadband?

    I understand line rental is charged 1 month in advance that is what I am challenging provider now saying line rental ends on 10 March 2018. The telephone call package end on 10 March but as line rental is taken 1 month in advance it should not end until 18 April.
    Every year this been take place with provider, I have to come the point, I do not need the stress but I do not want them to over charge me. :T

    Payment dates and contract dates are not connected.

    Advanced Line Rental does not have to be in line with BB contract .
    Mine frequently has 6 months difference for the two separate contracts .
