    Just to provide an update...


    So far I have not heard anything.. I had a letter from the courts saying they have 28 days upon receiving the defence to respond. Its not far off 28 days and still nothing so far? :)

    Online on mcol it states:
    Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on 04/10/2018 at 22:39:50

    Your acknowledgment of service was received on 05/10/2018 at 08:02:14

    Your defence was received on 29/10/2018

    Nothing more...

    It really is dangerous to assume anything.

    Give the CCBC a ring and ask them what is going on.

    I phoned Mcol and they said that the claim has paused as they have not submitted their info and they got to prove they have if they wish or pay 100 pound to reopen claim...

    Have to wait and see.

    Who are all the "they"? Do you mean the claimant? If so, that is good news.
