I was called in out of the blue too and was asked if I had 5 share portfolios. The guy could tell I was staring at him blankly. The guyy said they'll contact the bank involved but he said this kind of thing happens. Thick fingers on thin keys. Never heard back. Not worried though.0

Hi sorry for the late replies it was to do with my last employer it flagged up on thea r system that I was still working for them in April last year when I finished working for them in July 2016 the woman who I spoke to said that was the reason why and that I needed to ring them and ask them to remove me from their books but once I proved I hadnt with my bank statements she was totally satisfied that it was an error0
