iPhone help no ringing when dialling 1 person

Hi guys I!!!8217;m abroad on Vodafone and when I dial the wife!!!; I don!!!8217;t hear it ringing but is ringing at her end and answers

I have tried various other numbers and get no ringing tone any ideas ? Landline number knees ring mobiles don!!!8217;t

Done soft reset
Reset network etc.

Maybe try editing her contact by re-entering the phone number including +44 country code?

Tried that m8 deleted her number from my contact totally and tried again ok it’s doing it with every mobile number but land line numbers are fine

As you're not in the UK it 'sounds' like a fault with the roaming service. You could trying switching networks where you are if you know which are roaming partners with Voda.

Doesn’t allow me to opt for anything apart from Vodafone es. Tried a few other mobile numbers and they ring via dial assist as if they are overseas , onnto vodafone but tbh there clueless

You're calling out through the network over there (Voda es). Voda UK won't know or be able to find out if es has any on going problems.

If manual network selection won't attach to any other network there's isn't much more you can do unless you have someone there with another phone you can try your sim in?
