When you have 3 different business identities and domains, the method I outline seems the simplest for me and cheapest (surprising how much Easily.co.uk charges for an email service). Actually one of the domains hosted with someone cheaper does have email pop server but I have not bothered to set it up. I use Gmail as an all-purpose Webmail service as can choose one of the 3 'from' email addresses from a single dropdown selection box.0

You have to remember to tick the save this in sent items each time on the Webmail (at least the ex-NTL version) or it won't save things. A pain.0
