Good stuff SP. Well done on the win. :T.
Real pity you didn't get your costs.I also intend to deliver notices to all the residents of Watersmeet, i no longer live there so if they get a PCN in a similar manner to myself they have the resources at hand or if people have paid believing they were parked illegally they can demonstrate they have been illegally charged.
Will also be contacting the BPA, the DVLA, the local residents group and the people who employed AM Parking solutions. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

SWEETPEAS
Well done:j:j:j
This shows that Gladstones are even more incompetent
than we ever imagined.
The cocky lady hired gun was a text book case of everyhing
being said on here ...... "If they approach you, take no notice"
To sum up, we have the infamous incompetent Gladstones,
an incompetent lady hired gun and a stupid parking company
who never did their homework about the dodgy legals who
infest the parking industry
ANP, you have been well and truly Gladstoned and
you will not be the last ..... a warning to all the parking

Well done to you, how about now writing in the name of the Defendant, a robust LBC to AM Parking citing the decision and saying you are now going to claim for the £255 set aside fee as an actual loss (assuming you paid a £255 set aside fee?). Give them 21 days to pay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
