That would put it in the public domain.
Or maybe try contacting the media? (Think of the children. 10 year old separated from both parents! 😱)

It's not something I'd normally suggest but in your shoes I'd be furious - both with the allocation of seats and TUI's subsequent response.

Thanks and I think my next step will be to write to the CEO.  I did wonder if money saving expert might pick up but doubt it.
