    It takes me about one hour per minute.

    I think technology is confusing me too easily these days!!

    It won't let me upload it as just an audio recording atm.

    There are a few alternatives for transcribing your voice. Siri and Windows10 both allow microphone input, and come up with a reasonable attempt. It will certainly need correcting, but is probably quicker for a non-typist to correct the mistakes than to transcribe from scratch.

    However an audio file usually produces poor results compared to microphone input. The trick is to do it in 2 steps.
    1) Listen to the audio file through headphones and clearly and slowly dictate what you are hearing into the microphone.
    2) Correct the transcription you got from step 1, listening to the original if in any doubt.
