Hi,
I just received a letter from a recovery debts company about unpaid PCN on 4/7/2017... who I never knew about , i didn’t found any PCN neither on my car, neither posted home or any letters about this penalty and overstay 1hour20 min! Yes I have been on 4/7/2017 for shopping there but how should I pay any penalty without even knowing that exist ??? I need your help to Appel this abuse ! Do you think the bank statement from that day will help? Looking forward to listen from you.
Thank you!

I'm not sure I'd class a debt recovery letter as abuse, the problem is it is likely that the PCN company has a picture of the notice on your car (you should ask for this).
There's a PCN forum http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163 here you should take a look at maybe a mod can move this thread there for you.0 -
Got to say you have a good memory to know you parked there in July last year0

Your bank statement will be of no help in proving you parked legally.0

Aye.
If anything, confirming that you were shopping in the area on the specified day will make it a bit easier for them to build a case against you. Though I'd be very surprised if the company didn't have photos of the vehicle and PCN.0
