    It is all a typical question in a construction exam. "You have 10 minutes to discuss a) all building defects, b) all potential safety defects, c) who is responsible, who is culpable and who should be prosecuted? d) should the job be closed down? Should a Prohibition Notice be served?

    A truly diabolical piece of work, so bad that surely the whole thing is a total wind up? Absolutely not!
