I was saying the same as you - maybe it's been misinterpreted. I'm saying the OP hasn't got a leg to stand on as she's said numerous times they can pay back a nominal amount when they can afford it. There ain't no way any judge/court will rule in her favour when she's been so flexible (prob in writing).
Ah, I thought you were saying it sounded like I had said on numerous occasions "pay what you can" - was just responding to that saying I'm just cautious as I know the issues you can face trying to enforce it via courts.
Upon rereading it (and this post), you were talking to me with the first part of your sentence, but the OP in the latter part? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Take her on Judge Rinder
Seriously tho. Maybe cut your losses and block her and dont speak to her again. Or write a letter as someone else suggested, saying you want the money back within 14 days or you will pursue her through the small claims courts. That might kick start a payment.0 -
