It's deja vu all over again.

If it's not taxed and motd then it will almost certainly not be insured. If it is then it may or may not be.0

Valid pointIf it's not taxed and motd then it will almost certainly not be insured. If it is then it may or may not be.
Tax due 1st March 2019, MOT expires 12 March 2019.
So chances are it's only just been done & the askMID website hasn't been updated regards the insurance.

One would hope you didn't breach the MID terms and conditions regarding data protection.
If you have concerns regarding their driving and have it recorded send a copy to the police!0 -

Give me your address and i can pop by your way, do 80 in a 30, drive right at you & then just as i'm about to hit you & you fill your pants because you think this is it, i swerve at the last minute & narrowly miss you
but hey, i wont have hit you, i'll have only nearly hit you.
AND i'd actually be insured too.
No problem
EDIT: for anyone putting 2 + 2 together and getting 97, i never said that this is what the guy did. I'm just going with Car 54's point that so long as nobody is hurt then there's never a problem.
Wooooosh !0 -

Pulled the card from my dashcam to get the plate & did a check and it came back as "not insured today".
I had someone driving a little too fast, check insurance, no insurance. I emailed the local police, next time I checked the car, it was SORN.
But the car is at the side of the road, in a side street, I am checking today to see its around.0 -
