Yes Debbie that's what the builder said get the local paper involved.
I think that Zenith subcontracts to Clearwin but it's very hard to find out as nobody writes to you but keeps ringing from mobiles so no paper trail.
I really don't see how fensa can have issued a guarantee when the house had two cracked units - obviously not worth the paper it's written on. Thanks all for the help.0
