    Well done OP

David Blake must understand that if you scam someone be prepared to be whooped in court ..... he was not prepared

A appeal refused by the judge and now he is off to the District Judge ???

I guess there are lots of dead ends in High Wycombe

Does he really believe that the DVLA and the IPC audit the sites ?
    Cloud nine thinking

It's happening, it's real . Pointless using Gladstones though

    A good court report

My point was whether there was veracity in the statement that the DVLA had actually audited the signage
Does he really believe that the DVLA and the IPC audit the sites ?

Do the DVLA audit the signs? Yes - the PPC sends a copy of the wording they intend to use which will be on file at the DVLA if you send a FOI. In the early days, the ATA would have carried this out but for some reason [insert your comment here] they felt that they had to do it themselves.

Do the DVLA audit the sites? No that is up to the ATA to do but for the way they do it, you'd have to ask the ATA.

With regards to the signs, it might be useful to check the signs actually on site with the ones sent to the DVLA to see if they match.
