Will you have to take time of work to attend the hearing?
Four hours at £19 per hour might be appropriate in your Costs Schedule.
Under the heading 'Costs of attending Court'.0 -
I would object to the new WS served just days before the trial, and ask Slough Court - as soon as the hearing starts and it's ''your turn'' - to disregard the late WS which adds nothing, was far too late and is not excused by any rule in the CPRs.
These are matters to be covered at the hearing and you can then lead on to object to the Judge that the Claimant is not there, and the witness is not there to cross examine. With some Judges (although you can't tell) this might get them more favourably leaning towards your side, from the off.
Assuming a legal 'rep' is the only person who shows up, as per usual.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you have loss of leave or loss of earnings then you can claim a HALF DAY capped at £95 total.
Indeed I would object to such a late WS - especially fi the witness then fails to turn up, as is expected.0 -
I'm not back to work yet since losing my job in June, so no loss of earnings
Thanks for the advice re late additional WS, I will raise this at the hearing
Do I just bring 3 copies of the skeleton on the day with me?0 -
Best to file & serve them today. The Skelly and costs schedule together.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I need to get them printed first so will serve in the morning. Just to confirm, do I not need copies of anything on the day?0

Sorry to randomly throw my issue into this thread (couldn’t find anywhere else on Forums to put it!)...
I randomly received a text from Gladstones, of which I have never heard of them before, nor had correspondence from them (ever).
The text reads as follows:
Due: £160.00
