Yes, you can take info with you to the hearing and ask the tribunal clerk whether it can be considered by the panel.
However, best practice is to submit the statement to the TS at least 10 days before the hearing date. But from your post @ 11, I infer that you have an imminent hearing date.
If you are going to take paperwork to give to the panel, my best advice is to keep it brief, and easily read and understood - no more than 2 typed pages. And apologise to the panel - the idea is that both parties should have sight of evidence (which is why you have the DWP evidence bundle).
If you take a wodge a paperwork in with you - then the panel are likely to postpone the hearing so they can read and understand this new evidence.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -

OP - Danday is incorrect in asserting that all CAB's are unable to offer Benefit Casework.
My local CAB offers this - and can represent vulnerable clients through their PIP / ESA appeals etc.
Maybe some can offer professional, legally backed advice, casework and representation, but this must be a rarity. My own, having visited few times is only good for advice, form filling and being given a fact sheet if and when you get in.
In my town (Weybridge) there are two clinics. The older Peoples Advisory Service - Monday and Friday 9.30 - 12.00 and a general clinic every Thursday 10.00 - 12.00
They have on average two volunteers at each session.0 -
Unfortunately, Danday's list appears to be a generic solicitors one - it gives no indication if they will take on welfare benefits work - as requested by the OP
I went on to the Law Society website, typed in the town and specified Welfare Benefits - it brought up that selection. So if you are saying that the website is misleading than complain to the Law Society.0 -

That's how CAB works - you go to a drop in where you're seen by a general adviser who then refers you on to an appropriate service.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

What Danday fails to tell us is that Weybridge is one of 4 outreaches for the Walton, Weybridge & Hersham Bureau.
The main Citizens Advice office for that area is based in Walton on Thames and has the following opening times:
Advice session times
Monday 09.30 - 12.30 and 12.30 - 15.30
Tuesday 09.30 - 12.30 and 12.30 - 15.30
Wednesday 09.30 - 12.30 5 - 7pm 1st Wed in the month.
Thursday 09.30 - 12.30 and 12.30 - 15.30
Friday 09.30 - 12.30
Walton is some 3 miles from Weybridge.
As Ames says after an initial appointment at a drop in, you will be referred on for more specialist advice if necessary.
Sadly, Danday seems to be specialising in misinformation.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -

I know exactly where Walton is - it is just over 3 miles away. Now if you have difficulty getting about as I do, those 3 miles seem like 300 miles!! Hence why I am limited to where I went.Alice_Holt wrote: »What Danday fails to tell us is that Weybridge is one of 4 outreaches for the Walton, Weybridge & Hersham Bureau.

Previously until recently I lived in a place called Ribchester in Lancashire before moving south for the 'better weather'. That was even more difficult - the nearest was 11 miles away.0
