Forums don't use HTTPS

The forums don't have an SSL certificate configured, so when you login using your username and password, that information is distributed over the internet in plain text.
This isn't the case for the other MSE properties (e.g. energy club, credit club etc) so I'm not sure why the forums were missed out.

Yes, this is 2018 and it is really easy to support HTTPS.0
