Getting broadband without a BT line...kinda...

Here's the scenario...
My inlaws pay talktalk for their line rental and calls. Their local exchange is not LLU unbundled thingy.
They want broadband but don't want to pay almost £20 per month on top of line rental from talktalk. Can they do it or do they need to go back to BT first.
All help gratefully received!

They can go with any ADSL provider for their broadband, not just BT.
My advice is do your research on providers; click here
Remember cheapest isnt always the best!

Well their line is technically still on the BT network as its not unbundled onto Talk Talk's LLU network, so they will be able to recieve broadband from any ADLS provider0
