    Here's my effort:

Mon Cauli & Broc Cheese, baked pots
    Tues Roast Chicken etc
Wed Pastachio with lamb mince base in freezer
Thurs Chicken in Spicy Mango Sauce
    Friday Veggie curry
Sat HM pizza, slad & coleslaw
Sun family day out so who knows!

Cakemaker can you let me know how to make the chicken with mango sauce? I had a receipe for something similar but it wanted me to use practically a jar of mayonese and I just didn't think that that would work so I've never made it

    Thanks in advance
